Elliot Soto Sophomore-5'9"-155 Infielder Bats: R Throws: R Creighton Hometown: Algonquin, IL

Elliot was a solid contributor for Creighton as a freshman in 2008.  After getting off to a slow start, he collected 39 hits and scored 21 runs in the Bluejays’ final 37 games.  As a senior at Dundee Crown High School in Illinois, Elliot hit a school-record .455 on the way to leading his team to a 28-8 record and a state quarterfinals appearance.  In addition he was named player of the year by the Northwest Herald following his final prep season.
